The Delhi Cabinet approved the 'Ease of Doing Business' Bill, 2025, aiming to simplify business registrations and approvals. This legislation introduces a single-window online system for all necessary business permits and clearances. Enterprises will benefit from reduced duplicate registrations and a negative-list based system for greater operational freedom. Approvals will be granted within prescribed timelines, with a provision for deemed approval if deadlines are missed.
