Tamil Nadu Temples Mobile Ban List: Tamil Nadu has introduced a mobile phone restriction at 52 major temples from September 1 to preserve the sanctity of temple premises and curb unauthorised photography, videography and social media reels. Devotees must deposit camera-equipped phones at designated counters for a ₹5 fee.
