Delhi SIR draft voter list name inclusion: Delhi’s draft SIR electoral roll has left out around 47.7 lakh voters whose enumeration forms were not received or digitised during the verification exercise. Those missing from the draft can still seek inclusion by filing Form 6 with the required declaration and supporting documents between August 31 and September 30, before the final roll is published on November 4.
