Packers' Jordan Love calls offensive plays in the second half of preseason game, sparks late comeback

Green Bay Packers play-caller Jordan Love? That was the star quarterback’s role in the team's final preseason game, and he excelled at it.

Love called the offensive plays in the second half of the Packers’ 42-38 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Friday night. Head coach Matt LaFleur said he approached Love about it on the field before the game.

"I just went up to him. It’s not like he had time to prep. I was just like, ‘Hey, you want to call the second half?’" LaFleur said. "He said, ‘Sure.
