EESL, PNGRB ink pact to deploy smart domestic PNG meters

Energy Efficiency Services and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board have signed an initial pact. This collaboration aims to accelerate the deployment of smart domestic piped natural gas meters. The agreement will create a structured ecosystem for smart meter adoption. Both entities will facilitate demand aggregation and large-scale deployment across the sector. This initiative promotes standardization and efficient implementation for smart metering.
