NRAI, FSSAI host food safety session to strengthen Delhi NCR restaurants' practices

The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) and FSSAI held a food safety discussion with Delhi NCR restaurant owners and industry stakeholders. The session focused on food safety regulations, ingredient sourcing, traceability, temperature control, hygiene, cross-contamination prevention, food handler practices and documentation. The initiative aims to help restaurants understand FSSAI requirements and strengthen food safety standards across operations.
