India, China agree to advance ‘early harvest’ on border delimitation, management

India and China agreed to advance boundary delimitation and border management talks. They reached eight points of consensus during Special Representatives talks in Beijing. Both sides committed to a fair and mutually acceptable solution for the boundary question. Existing diplomatic and military channels will address ground situations promptly. Future talks will focus on improving border management and cooperation.
