India's data centre footprint to touch over 101 million sq ft by 2030

India’s data centre footprint is projected to exceed 101 million sq ft and capacity 6.7 GW by 2030, driven by cloud adoption, AI, digital payments and enterprise digitisation. Anarock says $300 billion in investment commitments will support expansion, but land, reliable power, connectivity, cooling and renewable energy remain critical constraints.
