Why strangulate ISRO with privatisation push: Congress

Congress accuses the government of aggressive privatization of India's space program. This agenda will limit the Indian Space Research Organisation's rocket development and manufacturing. The party questions why ISRO is being strangulated and emasculated by this policy. Much of ISRO's satellite assets may transfer to private companies under this plan.
