Assam Rifles, Manipur Police arrest top PLA militant carrying ₹4 lakh bounty

Assam Rifles and Manipur Police apprehended a top People's Liberation Army militant. The apprehended militant, Thiyam Boycha Singh, carried a bounty of four lakh rupees. He is a key accused in the Churachandpur district ambush case. This ambush resulted in the deaths of Colonel Tripathi and his family. The militant was handed over to Manipur Police for further legal proceedings.
