Shubman Gill joins 3,000-run club in Tests during Colombo second Test

Indian skipper Shubman Gill achieved 3,000 Test runs on Sunday. He reached this milestone during the second Test against Sri Lanka. Gill has scored 3,004 runs in 43 matches at an average of 43.53. He is the fourth-youngest Indian batter to achieve this significant feat. India was 88/2 at the end of the first session.
