Urban constituencies in Maharashtra report high number of uncollectible SIR forms

Urban Maharashtra constituencies reported the highest uncollectible enumeration forms during electoral roll revision. More than 21% percent of state forms could not be collected or digitized. Bhiwandi East and Colaba recorded the highest uncollectible rates in the state. Rural and tribal constituencies showed significantly better form collection and digitization.
