Mom’s Belief operator files IPO papers with Sebi, to fund 319 new child therapy centres

Rays of Belief, operating under the Mom’s Belief brand, has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 52.30 lakh shares. The company provides personalised intervention plans for children with neurodevelopmental disorders. Since starting operations in 2018, it has expanded to 136 centres across 57 cities in 20 states and union territories, serving over 58,000 children.
