Man missed Bengaluru-Delhi IndiGo flight after bus took different route; court orders Rs 73,000 compensation

A district consumer commission has ordered Greenline Travels to pay compensation after finding the bus operator deficient in service for causing a passenger to miss his flight. The passenger had booked a bus from Adoni to Bengaluru to catch a flight to Delhi. However, the bus took a different route and arrived several hours late, causing him to miss his scheduled flight.
