Khandwa man dresses as a dog in front of ADM to protest against stray dog menace

Khandwa dog protest: A man wearing a dog mask entered the Khandwa Collectorate during a public hearing to protest the city’s stray dog menace. Municipal Corporation opposition leader Deepak Rathore alleged that Rs 40 lakh was spent on sterilisation drives in four years, while 13,225 dog-bite cases were recorded. He sought a probe into the spending and implementation of the programme.
