Supreme Court directs Delhi High Court to decide coal scam appeals within four weeks

Accused rights will be protected as appeals are decided within four weeks. This order modifies a previous Supreme Court mandate from twelve years ago. The Supreme Court had previously restricted appeals to itself, which is now being changed.
