Sainik Farm’s fate hangs in limbo, so Delhi HC tells authorities ‘high time to decide’

The Delhi High Court has urged authorities to decide the fate of Sainik Farm residents. It directed the Centre, Delhi government, DDA, and MCD to meet and work out a way forward. The court emphasized the need for clarity for residents regarding the colony's status. Authorities were asked to explore schemes for existing structures and conduct surveys. The matter will be revisited in November after a meeting within two months.
