Gaja Alternative Asset Management secured Rs 165 crore from anchor investors on Tuesday. The company's Rs 550 crore initial public offering opens for subscription on Wednesday. The IPO includes a fresh issue of Rs 450 crore and an offer for sale. Proceeds will fund debt repayment, new fund seeding, and general corporate needs. Shares are scheduled to list on BSE and NSE on August 26.
