SC notice to Centre, states on plea to confiscate property of offenders in paper leak cases

The Supreme Court is seeking government responses on confiscating offender property in exam paper leak cases. A Public Interest Litigation was filed by advocate Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay regarding this matter. The court issued notices to the Union of India and all state governments.
