TMC MP Mahua Moitra moves privilege notice over late-night order to vacate WB circuit house

Mahua Moitra filed a privilege notice against three West Bengal officials. She alleged a serious breach of protocol and contemptuous conduct occurred. Officials asked her to vacate a circuit house late at night on August 14. Moitra stated this was part of a larger effort to impede her duties. She sought the Speaker's protection from intimidation and harassment.
