Tukaram Mundhe's FDA now targets Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn & Tiger Shroff over pan masala-linked ad

The Maharashtra FDA has issued notices to Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff over their advertisement for a chewing elaichi brand. The regulator alleges that the promotion may violate food safety rules and indirectly promote a brand associated with pan masala. The action comes amid the FDA’s broader crackdown on counterfeit and banned food products. In 2022, Akshay Kumar apologised for appearing in a similar advertisement for the same brand.
