Delhi High Court to hear on Monday CBI's challenge to discharge of Arvind Kejriwal in excise case

The Delhi High Court will hear the CBI's petition challenging a trial court order. This order had discharged AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. The court will also consider applications seeking dismissal of the CBI's revision petition. Kejriwal and Sisodia claim the CBI filed its plea with "unprecedented haste". The trial court had discharged all accused after detailed hearings in the case.
