Punjab VHP leader murder accused arrested

The National Investigation Agency has made another arrest in the case of the targeted killing of Vikas Prabhakar, a prominent Vishwa Hindu Parishad leader. Manveer Ram, referred to as Ashu, was apprehended at Amritsar International Airport on Thursday. Investigators believe that the assassination plot was devised by Germany-based members of Babbar Khalsa International, leading to the filing of several chargesheets by the NIA as part of their probe.
