MoD signs Rs 1,577 crore contracts for Loiter Munition Systems for Indian Army

The Ministry of Defence has finalised contracts worth Rs 1,577 crore for Loiter Munition Systems, which will enhance the artillery capabilities of the Indian Army. Awarded to Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) and NIBE Private Limited, the procurement aligns with India's vision of self-reliance in defence manufacturing, strengthening both the Army's operational capabilities and the country's domestic defence industrial base.
