Seven workers killed, three missing after water, debris enter hydro power project tunnel

Tragedy struck when seven workers lost their lives and three others went missing after water and debris surged into a tunnel during ongoing concrete lining work last Thursday evening. Although twelve workers were successfully rescued and one injured worker has been discharged, joint teams are currently engaged in search and rescue missions for the missing individuals. THDC India is managing the operation while investigating the causes behind this unfortunate incident.
