Tata Trusts weighs legal moves to get SRTT back into decision-making fray

Tata Trusts is considering urgent legal action to lift restrictions on Sir Ratan Tata Trust (SRTT), which could otherwise disrupt Tata Sons’ chairman succession process. SRTT and Sir Dorabji Tata Trust must jointly nominate an AGM representative and three members to the search committee for N Chandrasekaran’s successor.
