Independence Day 2026: In 1907, Madame Bhikaji Cama proudly displayed an Indian national flag in Germany, marking a pivotal moment in the fight for India's independence. She passionately championed the cause on foreign soil, dedicating years of her life to the freedom movement from Europe. Through her significant personal wealth, she financed revolutionary efforts and legal support. After a long exile of thirty-five years, Cama returned to India, where she ultimately passed away.
