Tata Sons chairman N Chandrasekaran has discussed the possibility of stepping down ahead of the August 18 AGM, amid uncertainty over his reappointment as a director and tensions with Tata Trusts chairman Noel Tata. The suspension of Sir Ratan Tata Trust has further complicated voting rights, quorum and the meeting’s legality.
