Dilip Buildcon sells power projects of Rs. 8,400 crore to Alpha Alternatives

Dilip Buildcon has sold solar and transmission projects valued at Rs. 8,400 crore to Alpha Alternatives. This strategic divestment involves stakes in two special purpose vehicles, Mekhali Power Transmission and DBL Renewable. The transaction will be completed through a phased subscription and closing mechanism. Dilip Buildcon aims to recycle capital and strengthen its balance sheet with this deal.
