Saudi Aramco delays Jazan oil refinery restart to August 30, IIR note shows

Saudi Aramco has delayed the Jazan refinery restart by two weeks. The facility shut down on July twenty-seventh after a Houthi attack. Yemen's Houthi militants claimed responsibility for a recent refinery strike. Saudi Arabia's energy ministry confirmed a fire was extinguished at the plant. The refinery's tentative restart is now scheduled for August thirtieth.
