DLF sells penthouse for Rs 271 cr in luxury housing project in Gurugram

Realty major DLF Ltd sold a Gurugram penthouse for Rs 271 crore. This luxury housing project is named 'The Dahlias' and is located in DLF Phase 5. The penthouse sale achieved Rs 1.58 lakh per square foot on super area. DLF expects over Rs 40,000 crore revenue from this project. Demand for luxury apartments has increased significantly across major cities post-COVID.
