Bengal Governor calls upon universities to observe ‘Partition Horrors Remembrance Day’

West Bengal Governor R.N. Ravi has asked all universities to observe August 14. This day will remember the horrors of Partition and its impact. The observance aims to educate the younger generation about this historical event. Bengal experienced immense suffering and disruption during the Partition. The state government is also distributing national flags for Independence Day.
