Birla Estates arm buys FSI from Parinee entities for Rs 159 cr

Birla Estates has successfully acquired almost 90,000 sq ft of FSI for over Rs 159 crore, a strategic move aimed at bolstering their society redevelopment efforts in Khar, Mumbai. This FSI was secured via a Slum Rehabilitation Authority scheme from Kandivali. The development rights will be transferred and applied to a larger property in Khar, enhancing the region's premium living environment.
