Evan Spiegel and Miranda Kerr have donated millions to erase $550 million in medical debt for more than 261,000 Californians. The initiative through Undue Medical Debt follows a strategy closely associated with MacKenzie Scott, who previously donated $80 million to the nonprofit and has given more than $26 billion to organizations through Yield Giving.
