Sauces, beverages nearing expiry seized in Bengaluru FSDA drive

Bengaluru food safety officials seized approximately seventy kilograms of sauces. Ten liters of beverages nearing expiry were also confiscated during inspections. These actions followed directives from Karnataka Health Minister U T Khader. Thirty teams conducted special drives at storage and distribution facilities across Bengaluru. Legal action will be initiated against businesses found violating food safety standards.
