60% of nearly 600 realty projects under scrutiny in Kolkata likely to get clearance soon: CREDAI

Approximately sixty percent of Kolkata's real estate projects will soon receive clearance. Most remaining projects are expected to be approved before August fifteenth. This follows mandatory scrutiny of buildings taller than four floors by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. The government has made significant progress in reviewing these development proposals.
