Technocraft Ventures raises Rs 75.55 cr from anchor investors ahead of IPO

Technocraft Ventures Ltd secured Rs 75.55 crore from anchor investors before its public offering. The company's Rs 252-crore initial public offering will open for subscription on August 7. It has fixed a price band of Rs 200-212 per share for the issue. Proceeds will fund working capital and general corporate purposes. The infrastructure firm's equity shares are proposed for listing on the BSE and NSE.
