Sri Lotus Developers & Realty eyes Rs 1,600 cr revenue from commercial project in Mumbai

Sri Lotus Developers will rebuild a commercial project in Mumbai. This Juhu redevelopment will comprise premium commercial and retail spaces. The project is estimated to generate Rs 1,600 crore in revenue. It is expected to commence in the third quarter of FY28. Completion is targeted within three to four years from commencement.
