NBCC bags contract to build 1,008 affordable homes in Seychelles

NBCC India has signed an agreement to construct 1,008 affordable homes. This project is located on Ile Aurore in the Republic of Seychelles. The Export-Import Bank of India will fund the development with a USD 75 million line of credit. Construction of the housing units and associated infrastructure will commence soon. This initiative aims to provide much-needed affordable housing solutions for the island nation.
