Lodha Developers aims 20% profit growth in FY27 to Rs 4,100 crore

Lodha Developers clocked a 4% year-on-year uptick in sales bookings in April-June 2026-27, translating to Rs 4,630 crore. With plans to introduce its first residential project in the Delhi-NCR region, the company is optimistic about long-standing profit growth driven by strong demand in the housing sector.
