Nashik district floods: The Godavari river crossed the danger mark in Nashik after heavy rainfall and water discharge from the Gangapur dam, prompting authorities to shift 210 people to safer places. Flooding submerged temples, damaged houses, roads and farmland, while one person died. The administration has closed the Ramkund area and urged residents to remain alert as water levels stay high.
