SC rejects ED, Chhattisgarh pleas against Chaitanya Baghel's bail

The Supreme Court dismissed pleas challenging bail for Chaitanya Baghel. He is the son of former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. The court also expunged adverse remarks made by the High Court. The High Court had granted bail citing parity with other accused individuals. Baghel was arrested in liquor scam and money laundering investigations.
