Dealer sold Tata Motors demo car as new; court orders Rs 9 lakh payout to customer

The district commission initially ruled only against the dealer for a refund. The state commission wrongly held Tata Motors jointly liable for the dealer's actions. The NCDRC restored the district commission's order and full compensation against the dealer.
