Delhi HC proposes shifting Sonam Wangchuk from Safdarjung Hospital to Medanta; govt says have no objection

Wangchuk had been on a hunger strike since June 28, protesting NEET paper leaks. Police had previously moved him to a hospital against his wishes. The court's intervention came after his wife alleged illegal detention.
