Sonam Wangchuk's wife Angmo moves Delhi HC again challenging Safdarjung hospital transfer denial

Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk's wife, Dr Gitanjali Angmo, has again approached the Delhi High Court, challenging a Single Judge's order refusing to shift him from Safdarjung Hospital to a private hospital. The appeal cites violations of informed consent, bodily autonomy and Wangchuk's fundamental rights under Articles 19 and 21.
