Hydrogen train: Railways to soon announce date for regular service

Northern Railway will soon announce the start of commercial operations for India's first hydrogen train. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the train on the Jind-Sonipat route in Haryana. The hydrogen train will depart from Jind at 7:40 am and arrive at Sonipat at 9:40 am. Its fare is expected to match existing local train fares, ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 35.
