CPI(M) leader Mani cites lack of vision of UDF govt as reason for power crisis in Kerala

Mani claimed that sufficient power purchase agreements were not made by the current administration. This comes after the Electricity Minister cited low rainfall and dam levels for power cuts. The state must also return borrowed power, prolonging the current situation.
