Adani in talks with Accor, ITC Hotels to manage Jaypee hospitality assets

Adani Group is negotiating with Accor to manage Delhi and Agra hotel properties. Separately, discussions are underway with ITC Hotels for a Greater Noida resort. Accor may invest in property upgrades and refurbishments as part of the deal. Adani acquired these hospitality assets after taking over Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. The conglomerate is expanding its hospitality presence through various strategic partnerships.
