Ladakh exports first apricot consignment of 5 metric tonnes to UAE

Ladakh's Lieutenant Governor flagged off the first major apricot export to the UAE. This initiative marks the beginning of Ladakh's largest fresh apricot export program. The program aims to significantly enhance farmers' income and establish Ladakh as a global supplier. An MoU with Lulu Retail facilitates exporting over 1,000 metric tonnes this season. This export represents a significant milestone in Ladakh's horticultural history.
