SC to intervene if teachers face action over CBSE three-language policy

The Supreme Court will intervene if teachers face adverse action for not following the CBSE three-language policy. A bench directed CBSE to file its response to a plea challenging the policy. The court remarked it would stay dismissals of teachers not teaching prescribed languages. Justice Bagchi noted a native Indian language may be seen as indigenous.
